Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Loader Operator to maneuver vehicles with a front-end loader at our facilities. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and using technology to support auction operations.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather. Prior forklift or loader experience is a strong plus, with automotive knowledge welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, upbeat demeanor; teamwork is crucial.
• Forklift or front-end loader experience is a strong plus (Volvo L90G/L90H).
• Experience in automotive and collision repair is preferred.
• Must perform physical tasks and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles and equipment using a front-end loader.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on the loader.
• Maintain lot inventory of vehicles and parts.
• Document vehicle information and prep for sale with light maintenance.
• Assist visitors and provide guidance to the appropriate staff.
