Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator in Gregory, TX to safely operate a front-end loader, stockpile materials, and load customer trucks with accuracy. You will follow safety procedures and participate in on-the-job training, with opportunities for overtime and benefits starting day one.

The role requires 12-hour shifts, attention to safety, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions as part of a team dedicated to reliable production and quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read equipment operating manuals.
• Able to communicate over CB radio or with hand signals.
• Good mathematical aptitude for daily reports.
• Team oriented and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Load materials for trucks and stockpile materials.
• Maintain good housekeeping of equipment and work area.
• Adhere to MSHA/OSHA and plant safety rules and procedures.
