Job summary

Fresco y Mas is seeking a Front End Specialist at our Tampa store to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure accurate front-end operations. You will handle transactions, assist customers, and support inventory and pricing integrity according to company standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, supervising self-checkouts when applicable, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while upholding company policies and values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a SEG associate in customer service or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support store management with front end operations and cash handling.
• Open or close front end and reconcile monetary transactions per policy.
• Oversee self-checkout lanes and daily store accounting tasks.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory, pricing integrity and merchandising standards.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and report hazards.
