Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver high levels of customer service in our retail location. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and be the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries.

You will support smooth checkout operations, process returns, memberships, and questions, while helping merchandise and maintain the front-end area. Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous front-end service and a smooth checkout experience.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and process returns.
• Assist customers at front of store and answer inquiries.
• Manage loading purchases into customer vehicles and assist with memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes and front area.
• Respond to phone inquiries and route as needed.
• Support location operations and merchandising initiatives.
