Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and staffing.
• Experience coaching and supporting team members to achieve performance goals.
• Familiarity with loss prevention, safety procedures, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• The Front-End Supervisor supports daily retail operations by promoting excellent customer service, efficient front-end operations, and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Coaches retail staff to demonstrate customer service standards and greet customers and donors.
• Manages cash handling procedures, front-end operations, and store assets per policy.
• Maintains store presentation, merchandising standards, and proper signage.
• Leads training and guidance of staff and program participants in partnership with store leadership.
• Completes required reports and communicates with store leadership; supports a broader mission aligned with Goodwill values.
