Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Front End Supervisor to oversee all front-end functions and lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service at our Las Vegas store.

You will ensure a welcoming environment, coach staff, manage cash handling, and enforce safety and loss prevention policies while maintaining efficient operations and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with front-end operations and cashiering helpful.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and meet performance standards.
• Must be 21 or older and able to obtain alcohol seller permit.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all front-end functions and activities.
• Communicate information to associates and ensure customer service standards.
• Lead front-end team and support service expectations (QueVision, self-checkout, etc).
• Perform cash handling and safe balance procedures at shift start/end.
• Manage breaks and supervision of front-end staff during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, shrink, and loss prevention policies.
• Conduct daily huddles and coach associates on performance.
• Observe operating hours and maintain a welcoming store environment.
