Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Assist with monitoring and control of department supply expenses.
• Assist with cash control, sales and cash item records.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates for adequate coverage.
• Assist in budget preparation, P&L reviews and action on financial reports.
• Assist with budgets and labor scheduling with store management.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and temperature logs.
