Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at checkout and on the floor.
• Assist with department management when the Manager is absent.
• Provide peer coaching to cashiers and maintain checkout efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines and labor agreements.
• Handle customer concerns and process cashier needs efficiently.
