Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months cashier experience and 1–2 years retail experience
• Minimum 18 years of age (19 in Idaho/Alaska)
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Fast-paced environment experience
• Weekend availability and travel flexibility (rare)

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage excellent customer service
• Assist with department management and safeguard store standards
• Provide peer coaching for cashiers
• Maintain compliance with policies, shrink control, safety and labor agreements
• Handle cashier functions during peak times or system issues
• Monitor scheduling and daily task priorities
