Kroger Co. is seeking a Front End Operations Associate to support daily department operations across Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting. You will help design streamlined processes, train staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service at checkouts and service areas.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store management, driving improvements in service quality and efficiency, and upholding Kroger's values across shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Store retail experience with an emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of all key components of department operations (managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink, scheduling, expenses).
• Past work record must exhibit integrity and dependability.
• Thorough experience in customer service and all phases of front-end operations.

Responsabilidades

• Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes, policies and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service is provided throughout department.
• Improve key retailing metrics and utilization reports.
• Provide training and support on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors.
• Promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports.
