Qualifications

• Must be able to meet the minimum physical demands of the position
• Must be 16 or older
• Ability to handle stressful situations

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued.
• Greet customers, help load merchandise, bag items, and thank customers.
• Assist customers with product questions and price checks.
• Follow bagging and checkout procedures and customer requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the sales floor and in lobbies and restrooms.
