Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market in Worthington, MN is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently handle front-end transactions, ensure accurate cash handling, and deliver friendly service. You will assist customers, supervise cash registers, maintain clean checkout areas, and help with stock, pricing, and display duties to support department goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years retail experience, and at least 1 year of management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through the checkout lanes.
• Greets customers entering store and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Oversees accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or automatic debits.
• Operates cash register and displays cost, tax, and rebates on screen.
• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas and guards against personal items.
• Models exceptional, fast and friendly customer service.
• Reviews Customer Survey and feedback and acts on insights.
• Prepares, stocks, and displays merchandise according to procedures.
• Price change compliance and food safety compliance.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products; ensure correct pricing.
• Provide consultation to customers regarding consumer products.
• Support ad set compliance and meet sales floor expectations.
