Five Below, Inc. in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Full-Time Support Lead to assist the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager with front-end operations, cash management, and driving sales.

As a Manager on Duty, you will lead the front-end team, train associates, uphold SOPs, and ensure a wow customer experience, while supporting payroll and merchandising efforts to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer through personal contact and service.
• Lead Front End Operations and assist with store priorities.
• Train, coach, and develop Associates; supervise as needed.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and POS procedures.
