FRONT END/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:
  • Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
  • Willing and available to work weekends and holidays (emphasis on Prime Time).
  • Store retail experience with an emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large workloads.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn various computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACE, Supersked, etc.
  • Understanding of key department operations such as managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, and expense control.
  • High integrity and dependability demonstrated through past work record.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in customer service and front-end operations.
  • Ability to explore and implement process improvements for Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting.
  • Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and efficient customer service across the department.
  • Improve various operational reports and metrics.
  • Provide training and support on Key Retailing aspects.
  • Coach and train managers and supervisors.
  • Promote and communicate company initiatives positively and respectfully.
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and pleasant shopping environment.
  • Perform all duties as assigned, including special projects.
  • Must perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
