Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service at all times and follow Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Answer customer and employee questions promptly and walk them through projects when needed.
• Operate cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines; handle monetary change.
• Maintain store area and assist with line vesting, registers, and loading of merchandise.
