Coborn's, Inc. is hiring a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional service at the Guest Service Counter and support front-end operations. You will handle cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and other services while assisting guests with returns and exchanges.

The role emphasizes accurate transactions, teamwork, and a positive, guest-focused attitude in a busy retail environment. Benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must provide remarkable guest service to customers.
• Experience with front-end cashiering and basic store operations is beneficial.
• Ability to handle returns, coupon refunds and exchanges with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude by delivering excellent service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, Western Union, postage, copies, lottery, etc.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
