Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a Front End Supervisor to oversee guest service and cash-related tasks. You will ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences, supervise cashiers, and maintain accurate daily cash counts while supporting the No Noticeable Wait policy.

Candidate should be comfortable performing weekly cash reporting, processing invoices, and helping with beer/wine payments. Availability nights and weekends is a must; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of front end operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting activities including weekly cash reports and documentation.
• Process invoices and transfers; process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits and manage cash handling.
• Oversee cashier operations and daily cash counts; supervise tills.
• Monitor guest orders to ensure No Noticeable Wait policy is followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
