Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Pearl, MS is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome every guest and provide outstanding customer service on the front end. You will greet customers, share store information, and promote programs while maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include processing returns, checking in visitors and vendors, supporting events, and keeping aisles clean and safe. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code.
• Check in customer merchandise returns and vendor visitors.
• Notify and coordinate with Outfitters for firearm check-in per SOP.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
