Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to oversee the Front End Department, including staffing, in-store and digital experiences, and key metrics. You will support customers and teammates with a friendly, energetic demeanor and ensure compliance with procedural guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in office management or grocery retail, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Preferred grocery retail experience in Office Management.
• Accounting and cash handling background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive checkout experience and measures results through reporting tools.
• Transforms customer service opportunities into positive solutions.
• Works with all departments to ensure and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Ensures cleanliness and appearance of customer-facing areas, parking lot and store exterior.
• Manages the Front End Department including staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
