Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is hiring a Coordinator team member to ensure efficient checkout operations and outstanding customer service at the front registers. You will help supervise cash handling, assist customers, and maintain a friendly, energetic store presence, while upholding cash control and safety guidelines.

You will participate in pricing, merchandising, stocking, and coordinating daily tasks, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Serv Safe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensures checkout lanes deliver outstanding service and greet customers.
• Oversees accuracy and efficiency of all cash registers and POS transactions.
• Receives payments by cash, credit card, gift card, or debit.
• Maintains clean, orderly checkout areas and pricing accuracy.
• Participates in stock, display merchandising, and price changes as needed.
• Promotes a safe work environment and adheres to procedures.
