Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer sales transactions at the front registers and ensure smooth cash handling. You will assist customers, maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor, and adhere to all procedural guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in retail, and at least one year of management experience. Experience in natural foods is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, growing company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through the checkout lanes.
• Greets customers entering store and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Oversees the accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or automatic debits.
• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas and ensures proper cash handling and security.
