Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Junior Adobe Captivate Developer to support e-learning initiatives for DoD customers.

You will work with instructional designers and government leads to implement engaging, interactive training modules and ensure compatibility with SCORM standards and LMS platforms. The role focuses on technical execution of pre-scripted content, collaborating with senior developers, and maintaining quality across modules, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, multimedia design, computer science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience developing e-learning content using Adobe Captivate (internship or academic experience acceptable).
• Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive training modules using Adobe Captivate based on pre-written scripts and storyboards.
• Ensure SCORM compliance and successful integration with government LMS platforms.
• Implement branching scenarios, quizzes, simulations, and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
• Work closely with a senior government and Team Captivate developers and instructional design teams to align technical implementation with learning objectives.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine training products.
