• Schedule Front-end staff for proper coverage.
• Assist management with budget, P&L reviews, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute a department business plan and sales promotions.
• Stay informed about ads, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor inventory and stocking conditions.
• Ensure training compliance for department staff.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report hazards.
• Perform maintenance and report repairs.
• Notify management of accidents or safety risks.
