Responsibilities

• Assist with cash control, sales and records for the store.
• Schedule Front-end associates to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Assist with budget, profit and loss reviews and action on financial reports.
• Develop and execute department action plans and labor scheduling.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain temperature logs.
• Reinforce safety programs and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks or illegal activity.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines; perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
