Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service, exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and address them by name whenever possible.
• Escort customers to products, assist with loading, and help with shopping needs.
• Answer the telephone promptly and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Package purchases and assist customers in transporting to their vehicle.
• Help train new courtesy clerks.
• Check prices and stock shelves, maintain shelves and keep areas clean.
• Maintain supplies and adhere to department guidelines.
