Hy-Vee Inc in Iowa is seeking a Front End Clerk to deliver prompt, friendly service at the register and throughout the store. You will greet customers, answer questions, operate the checkout, and support bagging and light handling of transactions.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate items, stocking shelves, processing refunds when needed, and maintaining store cleanliness while adhering to company policies on tobacco, liquor and lottery sales.

Competenze

• Education: Less than High School or equivalent experience.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations with fractions, decimals, and percentages.

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service in-store.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with locating products and handling returns.
• Stock and face merchandise, rotate stock, and keep shelves clean.
• Follow tobacco, liquor, and lottery policies as required.
