Hy-Vee in Iowa seeks a Front End Clerk to deliver prompt, friendly service at the front of the store. You will operate registers and self-checkout, assist customers, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, issuing receipts, handling refunds, and answering customer questions while working as part of a team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualificações

• Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals and percentages.
• High school level education or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt and friendly customer service at the front end.
• Operate cash register, bag items, and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock, replenish, face merchandise and monitor self-checkout and service counters.
• Answer phones, assist customers, and process refunds per policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
