Responsibilities include front-end supervision, cash handling, and coaching teammates to ensure efficient operations and a positive shopping experience for every guest. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months related experience or training
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Sound judgment/decision making
• Friendly, approachable demeanor; team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good oral and written communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant working and shopping environment
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service with sincerity, patience, and respect
• Greet customers and assist with products, loading/unloading heavy items, and retrieving out of reach items
• Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues to strengthen loyalty
• Oversee front end operations to meet sales, profit, and labor goals
• Determine work priorities to maintain front end conditions
• Ensure accurate checkout and policy compliance
• Train and coach associates on front end policies and procedures
• Communicate pricing discrepancies to the pricing coordinator
• Provide back-up coverage for the service operations manager
• Knowledge of checkout policies, operations, and cash handling
• Operate equipment per company standards
• Assist with front-end functions (checkout, stocking, bagging, cart collection, cleaning)
• Comply with safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
