Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in customer service or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the tracking system.
• Audit reports including inventory control, returns, and void reports.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing trucks logs.
• Ensure store signage and pricing using TOD mobile printing.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Act as point of contact for e-commerce team regarding in-store inventory availability.
• Supervise inventory movement and opening/closing store operations.
