Qualifications

Prior retail sales or cashier experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).

Responsibilities

Greet customers and proactively identify needs to assist shopping experience.
Serve as front-end primary customer service provider and support cashiers during complex transactions.
Assist with department scheduling, directing workflow and monitoring presentation standards.
Uphold merchandising standards and floor sets; ensure pricing and inventory presentation.
Contribute to training teammates on programs like loyalty, warranties, and credit enrollment.
Maintain safety, confidentiality, and inclusive store environment.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
