Job summary

You will uphold merchandising standards by following floor sets, signage, and pricing updates, while assisting with inventory and replenishment.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, collaborative, and able to work across the store with a safety-first mindset, taking ownership of tasks and supporting management as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private‑label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe and is treated with respect.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
