• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Manages POS coverage and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Partners with management on training needs.
• Supports loyalty programs and credit promotions.
• Maintains safe store environment and shrink reduction goals.
