Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Follow operating procedures for ringing purchases, returns, and counting change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery, housekeeping, and safety initiatives.
• Support labor law compliance and loss prevention policies.
• Additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
