A Front End Coordinator's primary responsibility is to check out customers efficiently, accurately, and pleasantly to meet customer needs. Our Front End Coordinators play a key role in ensuring each guest leaves our store with a smile. You will be a role model for guest Service Cashiers, helping to build guest loyalty through your exemplary performance. To succeed in this role, you should be a team player who understands that success depends on supporting those around you. You should be eager to support an exceptional team, driven to grow your leadership skills, and capable of inspiring others.

Job Description

  • Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
  • Experience Desired: Prior experience in Grocery or related industry
  • Education Desired: No High School diploma required
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
  • Age Requirement (IN): At least 19 years of age


Job Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety for our team members, guests, and products.
  • Handle products and equipment according to food safety and safety guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, aiming to delight and surprise our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Guest Services Team Leader with delegating work, managing guest flow, and controlling department costs to meet store, department, and guest needs.
  • Perform duties of staff as required.
  • Follow procedures to meet out-of-stock percentage goals.
  • Maintain accurate department records.
  • Assign work to front end team members to ensure efficient operation.
  • Monitor and audit cash control procedures for registers and change tills.
  • Use effective selling techniques.
  • Promote an environment of diversity, inclusion, and respect for team members, customers, vendors, and the community.
  • Respond promptly to team member requests for assistance.
