Harte's Contracting Services in the Phoenix metro area seeks a Sales Estimator to own the front end of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, serving both residential and commercial clients. This role is based in Apache Junction and supports projects across the East Valley.

The position combines estimating with proactive selling, requiring outbound activities, the ability to read prints, and proficiency with JobTread and GoHighLevel.

Qualifications

• Background in building-product or construction sales (exterior products, manufacturer/supplier rep, or GC-facing sales).
• Hunter mentality—outbound sales, building a book from scratch.
• Strong sales fundamentals—experience managing funnels, closing deals.
• Ability to read prints and build a takeoff or quick mechanical background to learn.
• Motivated, coachable, eager to grow with the company.
• Familiarity with JobTread, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for new residential and commercial work and build a pipeline from scratch.
• Qualify leads and book meetings with GCs, builders, networking groups, and product reps.
• Read prints, build takeoffs, and turnaround estimates quickly.
• Load proposals in JobTread and keep the pipeline clean in GoHighLevel.
• Prepare every deal so it hits the closing table ready to sign.
