Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required; attendance at trainings may be necessary.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and feedback, coaching associates and managers.
• Monitors store operations, merchandising, and customer service using company standards.
• Drives store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensures compliance with Open Door Policy and Walmart values; fosters belonging and integrity.
