Job summary

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

Leads and develops teams, provides feedback to associates, and ensures exceptional customer service following OBW.
Drives store performance by managing merchandising, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet sales and profit goals.
Ensures compliance with policies, builds relationships with stakeholders, and fosters a culture of belonging and integrity.
