Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
• Manage store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence by implementing OBW service model and related initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement business changes and improve processes.
