Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a claims adjuster in Dallas, TX to handle claims from contact to conclusion, investigate eligibility, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires multitasking with high call volume and independent as well as team collaboration, applying critical thinking to resolve complex issues.

Experience in call centers and claim handling, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry web apps, are essential; bilingual skills and automotive knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of call/contact center experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
• Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience (preferred).
• Bilingual is a plus (preferred).
• Service Advisor or Service Drive experience is a plus (preferred).
• Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems (preferred).

• Handles claims from initial contact through to conclusion.
• Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility.
• Maintains positive customer relationships to enhance organizational skills.
• Manages a high call volume with excellent communication and customer service.
