Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Front End Adjuster for a hybrid, full-time role. You will investigate coverage, liability and damages, manage claims from start to finish, and negotiate with claimants, attorneys, and other carriers while maintaining strong customer relations.

The position requires 1–2 years in a call center and 3–5 years in claim handling with proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications; bilingual ability is a plus. Automotive knowledge is a plus as well.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of call/contact center experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Minimum of 3–5 years claim handling experience (preferred).
• Bilingual is a plus, not required (preferred).
• Service Advisor or Service Drive experience a plus (preferred).
• Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Investigate coverage, liability, and damages for claims.
• Handle claims from initial contact through to conclusion.
• Negotiate with claimants, attorneys, and other carriers.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and enhance organizational skills.
• Manage a high call volume with strong communication and customer service.
