Responsibilities

• Own a desk of claims end to end from first notification to resolution.
• Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey.
• Make sound, well-documented decisions within your authority.
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain accurate claims records for audit and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with operations and engineering.
