Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is hiring a Front-End Associate to deliver extraordinary guest service and accurate cash handling at the register. You will greet guests, scans items, redeem coupons, and help maintain a clean, organized checkout area.

You may assist with carry-outs and respond to guest questions while upholding safety and store policies. This full-time or part-time role requires reliable attendance, basic math, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashiering or retail preferred.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and operate the cash register with a smile.
• Handle cash, checks, debit/credit cards, and issue receipts.
• Scan items, apply discounts, and manage coupons.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area during shifts.
• Assist with carry-outs and direct guests as needed.
• Monitor pricing, bagging, and balance the till at shift end.
