Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver extraordinary service at the register, greet guests with a smile, and maintain accuracy in every transaction. You will operate cash registers, scan UPC codes, handle payments, redeem coupons, bag merchandise, and assist with store cleanliness.

This role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service at checkout.
• Operate cash register and process sales accurately.
• Scan items, verify prices, apply coupons and discounts.
• Suggest add-ons and upsell to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
• Check IDs for age-restricted products when required.
• Assist with bagging and merchandise handling.
