Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is hiring for a Front-End Associate to provide exceptional customer service and operate the register. You will assist guests with purchases, handle cash transactions, and maintain a tidy checkout area in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and compliance with safety and age requirements. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Past cash register experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and use the script.
• Operate cash register and process checkouts, scanning items and handling payments.
• Apply pricing, redeem coupons and bag items for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with inventory, provide customer assistance, and resolve simple guest concerns.
