Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and use their name whenever possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and assist with bagging.
• Scan orders and handle payment transactions per standard practice.
• Follow procedures for refunds, price checks and cash handling.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take orders to their car.
• Maintain clean, neat work station and front end area.
• Report any register malfunctions to management and ensure MVP savings center is functional.
