Team Members must follow SOPs, support company programs, and uphold health and safety regulations while promoting WFM core values and helping maintain appealing displays.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand for 6–8 hours daily.
• WFM safety standards compliance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds alcohol sale regulations and taxation.
• Follows proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Merchandises and maintains front end areas.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly.
• Assists with training new Cashier Team Members.
• Manages customer flow and reduces wait times.
• Participates in company programs as directed by leadership.
• Reports safety hazards and performs other duties as assigned.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing signs.
