Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or relevant education and experience.
• Six months cashier experience for Customer Service Desk roles.
• Minimum 18 years of age; 19 in Idaho and Alaska if selling tobacco.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
• Related retail experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent customer service and encouraging others to do the same.
• Performing cashier functions such as opening/closing registers, ringing sales, handling tender transactions, and maintaining produce codes knowledge.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the checkstand area.
• Responding to electronic article surveillance activations and verifying tag removal.
• Handling store accounting functions and preparing bank deposits.
• Processing refunds, exchanges, money orders, bill pay, gift cards, and other customer transactions at the Customer Service Desk.
• Providing lottery services and managing lost and found items.
• Working cooperatively in high-paced environments, managing conflicts, and acting with honesty and integrity.
