Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Front End Supervisor/Cashier Clerk to supervise guest checkout experiences and perform cash handling and invoicing tasks. You will ensure fast, friendly service and accurate cash management at the front end.

The role includes processing invoices, preparing cash deposits, supervising front-end staff, and maintaining daily schedules to meet service standards. Candidates should be able to lift light weights and handle numeric tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting.
• Prepare weekly cash report and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Cash Related Activities: Prepare bank deposits, support cashier functions, payroll check approval/cashing, accurate daily cash count, money orders, stamps, lottery tickets, etc.
• Cash Office Security: ensure security of cash office and funds, cashier tills accountability, supplies management.
• Cashier/Guest Service Clerk Performance Reports: monitor Operator Activity Report, conduct surprise till audits and accuracy checks, maintain daily front-end schedule for guest service.
• Process guest orders to follow No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
