Lowes Foods is seeking a zuverlässig Front-End Supervisor to supervise cashiers, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain high guest service standards on the front-end. You will oversee daily cash counts, report variances, and support cashier staff with training and scheduling.

The role requires the ability to work with multiple tasks, strong math and computer skills, and the flexibility to ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

Qualificações

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. occasionally and 15 lbs. constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of front end operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and provide excellent guest service at checkout.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and related documentation.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Perform cash office security and accountability duties.
• Maintain daily front-end schedules and guest service levels.
• Attend to guest orders to ensure fast service and no wait times.
