Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience with electrical distribution products and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) is expected.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and US work eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Supply Chain Assessment: review order and BOM to identify risks and opportunities.
• BOM Optimization & Cost Improvement: lead cost reduction and supplier strategies.
• Material Risk & Supply Availability: identify long-lead-time and critical materials at the beginning of each order.
• 3PMs Management: act as the primary contact for 3PMs during front-end planning.
• SAP, Data & Process Improvement: use SAP and data to improve supply-chain visibility and processes.
